I know how lonely this road can be.

Jules standing in her driveway, holding a woven basket filled with kraft envelopes ready for the post office.
Me, on the way to the post office.

For three and a half years, I’ve been walking through the heartbreak of infertility, and it’s rare to find a friend who gets it. I know how empty and overwhelming it can feel all at once — the way grief shows up in waves when you thought you were doing okay, the way you wonder how you’ll survive if the baby never comes, the way you cry out to God for strength to keep on fighting for joy in the midst of it all. I also know how much it means when I’ve shared my darkest fears and someone finally says, “I’ve thought that, too.”

The Fruitful Post is my way of bringing a little friendship into your home. Each month I write you a letter — honest stories about longing, grief, and how we can fight for faith when the pain runs deep. I also paint a seasonal print with a verse you can keep near, and tuck a small, unique surprise in every envelope — because we all want a little something to look forward to when life feels heavy.

You are not walking this alone. My hope is that every letter reminds you that you are carried in the everlasting arms of God, and that the nail-scarred hands of Jesus hold your empty womb.

Yours Truly,

Jules
